Orphan Widows l Adoptive Families

Both Hands helps families fundraise for their adoptions through completing a service project helping a widow in their community.

Ms. Debbie & Ms. Lisa

Widows Franklin, TN

On April 2, our team will serve Ms. Debbie. Her husband was a double-amputee Vietnam veteran who passed away 16 months ago from a brain tumor he fought for 3 years. She spent much of their life together caring for him. The needed repairs around the home and property piled up before she knew it. Debbie introduced us to her neighbor, Lisa, who also recently lost her husband in a car accident. We are so honored to be able to bless these two women IN A BIG WAY through our Vision Project!

in Memory of Ty Osman II

Project April 2, 2016

Ty Osman II (1993-2012) had a true heart for others. Always smiling, he loved to make others laugh and was a light to everyone around him. While on a road trip, Ty came upon another car accident. He stopped to check on the victims and a passing car hit Ty’s truck, causing it to strike him. He passed away from the severe injuries sustained. Ty's departure leaves a gaping hole in the hearts of his loved ones. "My flesh and heart may fail, but God is my strength, heart, and portion forever." - Psalms 73:26
