The mission of OCA is to equip, connect, and mobilize Christians to serve vulnerable children and families. Their vision is for the body of Christ to lead the efforts of caring for the foster care and adoptive community in Kentucky and southern Indiana. They exist to engage churches and congregations by equipping pastors with information, opportunities, and support to those in their congregations who are working with vulnerable families and children.

The funds from our Both Hands projects would be used to reach more vulnerable children and families through OCA equipping more adults to serve in various capacities that provide support and relationship to those in need in the Lexington/Richmond areas.

Ms. Amanda

Widow Waco, KY

Ms. Amanda lost her husband approximately a year ago. Amanda has two children; Autumn is 6 and Gabe is 5. They live in Waco, KY in an older home on approximately 1 acre of land. There are many projects that we will be completing around the property, and we are excited to serve Amanda and her family!

A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home in Richmond, KY. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help the Orphan Care Alliance to further their mission. Will you sponsor us?
