Phoebe Orphan DRC
The Anderson's have officially completed the court process in the DRC, and are legally the parents of a precious little girl of about 4 years old. Even though the adoption has been finalized, they await with hundreds of others who have children "Stuck" in the DRC until the country begins issuing exit letters, hopefully this year! We will be integrating her given name with the name "Phoebe", which means "bright, shining, brilliant." Thanks for joining us in praying for Phoebe to come home!
Ms. Vicky Widow Decatur, IL
God abundantly blessed Vicky with many years of marriage before taking her dear husband to be with Him after a battle with cancer. It has been over 8 years since he passed away, and there were many projects that piled up around her home. She was humbly overwhelmed by the anticipation of our work day. God continues to bless her through her wonderful children, and beautiful grandchildren. We were honored to serve her.
Our Both Hands Project Project December 15, 2012
A team of volunteers spent the day fixing up Ms. Vicky's home. The team raised sponsorship for the day of service. The funds raised will help the Andersons to bring their daughter home from DRC. It's not too late to donate to help the Anderson's adoption.
Help bring Phoebe home!
