Michael and Heather have been married for almost 14 years and have 3 biological children, ages, 10, 9, and 5. Michael is an instructional coach at an elementary school and Heather is a developmental therapist who works with families who have children with developmental differences. Waiting Daughter

Orphan Haiti

We are adopting a daughter from Haiti. At this point, we are 16 months into the waiting process. Our next step will be to receive a referral for a child. After we know who our child is, we will travel to Haiti for a 15 day socialization visit. After which, we will come home for 10-12 months until the adoption is final. At that time, we will return to Haiti to bring our daughter home.
