The Brockhaus family sensed God's call and have joyfully stepped out in faith and obedience to adopt a child from Ethiopia. They adopted two children from Russia two years ago and have loved being a part of their transformation into a loved son and daughter.

Orphan Ethiopia

The Brockhaus' were matched with a precious little girl living in Ethiopia. She was 1 year old and lived in an orphanage. The Brockhaus' needed to take two trips to Ethiopia. The first trip to appear in court on the second trip to pick up their daughter and bring her home to join the rest of her forever family.

Annie

Widow Vista, CA

Annie is a teacher who lives in Vista, CA. She and her late husband Sam adopted a son from Guatemala, Julian, who is now in second grade at the same school where Annie teaches. Her husband Sam was an amazing father who raised two girls, and then opened his and Annie's home to Julian.

Our Both Hands Project

On Nov 22, 2014 a team of volunteers spent the day working on Annie's home. The team raised sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised helped bring an orphan into a forever family.

Lifesong Your donation is tax-deductible! *In following IRS guidelines, your donation is to the 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Both Hands Foundation. Both Hands’ governing board retains full discretion over the donation’s use, but intend to honor the donor’s suggestion. Both Hands does not charge an administrative fee and raises its operating support separately from adoption projects. Both Hands is a member of the Evangelic Council for Financial Accountability. Both Hands partners with Lifesong for Orphans to provide adoption accounts for families. Our mission together is to eliminate the financial barrier to bringing orphans into forever families. Donors who supply their email will receive a tax receipt upon donation. Those who leave it blank will receive a mailed tax receipt at year end for donations over $250.

What's The Catch?

We are only able to do what we do because of support from donors like you. We believe in the importance of adoption and are committed to doing everything we can to help bring families together. That’s why Both Hands doesn’t take out any administrative fees from donations to our projects. Let’s bring even more orphans into their forever families.
