John & Kristen Casteel

Simpsonville, SC

A little bit about the Casteels. John is a pastor at The Bridge Church. Kristen is a labor and delivery nurse (part time) and mostly a stay at home Mom. They have two biological boys: Wyeth age 6 and Knox age 31/2. They felt called to adopt shortly after Knox turned one and began pursing international adoption in December of 2017. God had a huge surprise blessing for them in bringing Anna Joy into their family in July 2018. They are currently fostering her, with plans to adopt.

Kishan

Orphan India

God matched the casteels with a precious 2.5 year old boy named Kishan on Valentines Day in 2019. If you are doing the math in your head, it comes out crazy. They will have children ages 1, 2, 3 and 6 years old! While they are definitely praying for God's grace in a busy season, they feel that children are a blessing, God's timing is perfect, and He will equip them for what He has called them to.

Ms. Loretta

Widow Fountain Inn, SC

Loretta Woods was a pastor's wife for 35 years before God called her husband home two years ago. She lives on a family farm that goes back 3 generations. This hard working 75 year old lady still mows the lawn herself! She needs help taking down an old barn and using the boards to build a retaining wall to prevent erosion. She told us she was working on it herself but struggling to get the wheelbarrow back up the hill!

Our Both Hands Project

Project May 25, 2019

A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help an orphan to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?

Help bring Kishan home!
