Erica Cook

Erica Cook

Randleman, NC

Meet Erica Cook. She's a single woman living in a small town in North Carolina. Her plan was to finish college, marry, have her own kids and then adopt. God’s plan is not always our plan. At 43, she's not yet married, and has no children other than her fur baby. Just because her plans have not worked out on her schedule, does not mean that her desire to adopt has gone away.

A Waiting Child

Orphan USA

Erica's desire to adopt began when she was 12 years old. She began her adoption journey in May 2016. She's had fundraisers and have raised $9,650 in the process. Those funds paid for administrative fees and her home study. She is waiting to be placed with a child and is fundraising while she waits. She needs $16,150 upon placement.

A Waiting Widow

Widow Randleman, NC

The loss of a beloved spouse often makes it difficult for a widow to keep up with the needed repairs and improvements to her home. We are excited to bless a widow in our community in a big way!
