Sid Orphan Sierra Leone
Sid is an adorable 5-year-old boy from Sierra Leone. He loves cars and superheroes, and has the best smile! Sid was badly burned as a toddler, and currently does not have use of his hands. He needs several surgeries to loosen scar tissue and allow his body to grow properly, as well as give him back the use of his hands. He also needs a family to love him and hold him through his medical journey!
Ms. Linda Widow Raleigh, NC
Mrs. Linda is a Special Care Newborn Nursery nurse who has been working with moms and babies for over 30 years. She and her husband built their house together in 1970, and she has been living there ever since! Her husband was diagnosed with MS when he was 31, and passed away in 2014 after suffering from a stroke. Mrs. Linda is the mother of 3 daughters, and loves spending time with her grandchildren. We will be doing some home repair projects, painting, and yard work for this special lady!
Our Both Hands Project Project September 7, 2019
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help an orphan to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?
Help bring Sid home!
