Waiting Children Orphans Sierra Leone
The Gerkens started the adoption process in March of 2016. They are currently waiting to be matched with a little boy and girl from Sierra Leone, Africa. They are anxious and excited for the journey ahead!
Ms. Charlotte Widow Philadelphia, PA
Charlotte Kayal is a widow who isn’t a stranger to difficult times. She battled cancer for many years. She lost her husband of over 30 years in 2010 due to a brain hemorrhage caused from a fall that occurred while he was doing yard work. Shortly after his passing, her cancer returned and she has been battling it on and off since then. She works for a cancer doctor and sees it as a ministry to be a positive beacon for those battling this disease.
Our Both Hands Project Project September 17, 2016
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help the Gerkens bring their kids home! Will you sponsor us?
Help bring these kids home!
