Aaron & Amy Harper

Gilman, IA

Aaron and Amy have been married for 3 1/2 years and have two daughters. These girls belong to Aaron biologically and Amy by love and adoption (Aaron was a widowed single dad when they met). Aaron and Amy have become convicted to 'care for widows and orphans,' and after much prayer, decided adoption was one way to fulfill that command. All four of the Harpers cannot wait to meet and love on their newest family member!

Baby Boy

Orphan USA

The baby boy is due June 18 in Arizona. The baby’s birth mom has chosen the Harpers to serve as parents to raise her child. The Harpers are humbled and inspired by her courageous, selfless decision, and are preparing to bring this precious little boy into their home. The total cost to bring the baby home is over $65,000.

Ms. Mary

Widow Marshalltown, IA

Ms. Mary is the widow we will be serving. Mary's husband passed away 20 years ago, and she did a fantastic job raising their two children on her own. She works hard as a cook to make her living, and she adores her 3 grandchildren. Mary attends the same church as the Harper family in Marshalltown, Iowa. Today, her home is in need of some tender loving care and we feel honored to be able to bless her through this Both Hands project.

Our Both Hands Project

Project May 4, 2019

A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help an orphan to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?
