A Waiting Child

Orphan Haiti

About a year after coming home from China, Barb and Ed began talking about the possibility of adopting again. God laid on their hearts to adopt from Haiti this time. They will be adopting a little girl or a girl and a boy sibling group from Haiti. They have not gotten a referral yet, but have been softly matched with an orphanage.

Ms. Dot

Widow Pittsburgh, PA

Dot and her husband Lee were married for 36 years before Lee passed away on Christmas Day in 2013. Dot has one daughter who lives in Michigan with her husband and two kids. Dot lives in the home that her grandparents and parents owned which is on top of a steep hill. It makes winters in Pittsburgh a bit tricky! We are excited to help Dot with some projects around her home and to give her some love and support for the day.

Our Both Hands Project

Project September 10, 2016

A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help an orphan to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?
