Adam & Kali McWilliams

Franklin, TN

Adam and Kali married in 2012 and moved to Tennessee in 2014. They live in Franklin, TN with their three dogs: Keeta, Diesel and Caper. They have developed a strong support group through their church family and were baptized in 2015. It wasn’t long after that they started to feel the push to adopt. Adoption is such a beautiful picture of Christ and the church, they found themselves asking why not us and why not now?

A Waiting Child

Orphan USA

As with many adoption stories, the McWilliam's started with infertility. They discussed adoption since marriage, but infertility made it a very real decision. After much research and prayer, they partnered with Bethany Christian Services to facilitate their domestic infant adoption. They now have an approved home study and are patiently waiting to be matched with a Birthmother. During their wait, they keep busy with various fundraising projects and are so grateful to partner with Both Hands to both fund-raise and serve a widow in need!

Ms. Marianne

Widow Fairview, TN

Marianne Latham is 80 years old and has been a widow since 2007. She has no family living in Tennessee, suffers from Fibromyalgia, does not drive and relies on volunteers for groceries and other necessities. She has a donkey named Jack and a dog named Callie. The goal is to keep her in her home as independent as possible but her home is in dire need of maintenance and repair.

Our Both Hands Project

Project June 4, 2016
