Matt & Andrea Metcalf

Spring Hill, TN

We are the Metcalf Family: Matt, Andrea, Avery, and Lillian. For the last four years, we felt our family wasn’t complete. The topic of adoption kept coming up in the most random places. One day in March, I (Andrea) prayed that God would make it clear if we were to pursue adoption. That night Matt said, “I’ve been thinking about adoption all day. We should talk about it.” We began the process in June 2018 and are excited to see what God has in store for our family!

A Waiting Child

Orphan Taiwan

Matt was adopted as an infant through the Gladney Center for Adoption. When we found out that our local agency had a Taiwan partnership with Gladney, the same agency Matt was adopted from, we took it as a nice God-nod to let us know we were in the right place. We are currently matched with a 3-year-old boy in Taiwan and anticipate traveling within the next ten to twelve months.

Ms. Debbie

Widow Spring Hill, TN

Ms. Debbie lost her husband 17 months ago. They were married for 25 years and have 3 beautiful children. She is a Kindergarten teacher, and she teaches at the school where the Metcalf's daughters go to school. Ms. Debbie misses her husband and could use some extra help around her home. We feel honored to bless her through this project.

Our Both Hands Project

Project June 15, 2019

A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help an orphan to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?
