Isaac & Katie Novella

Isaac & Katie Novella

Santa Ana, CA

Isaac and Katie Novella sensed God’s call and joyfully stepped out in faith and obedience to adopt another child. They celebrated 9 years of marriage and 3 years since their boys have come into their lives in the winter of 2015. They adopted their sons in May 2014 after caring for them in foster-care for 1.5 years. After much prayer, they chose to continue to grow their family through adoption. Big brothers Antonio (6) and Moses (3) were very excited to have a little sister that was hand-picked by God.

A Baby Girl

Orphan USA

The Novella’s were matched with a precious baby girl who was scheduled to arrive in November 2015. The baby’s Birth Mom chose life for her baby and made the selfless decision to have the Novella’s raise this baby girl, since she was not in a place to do so in her life. God brought them together through Heart and Soul Adoptions, based in Utah.

Mrs. Marlyn Doeding

Widow

Mrs. Marlyn Doeding is a widow living in Orange, CA. Marlyn was an Insurance Agent for 33 years and now helps in her church thrift store. Five years ago, Marlyn lost her husband Hank, a former Highway Patrol Officer to cancer, after 38 years of marriage. Today, Marlyn’s home of 37 years is in need of repairs and yard work.

Our Both Hands Project

Project November 7, 2015

The Novellas planned a unique adoption fundraiser! On November 7th, a team of volunteers spent the day fixing up Ms. Marlyn's home. We raised sponsorship for this Both Hands service project. The funds raised helped the Novellas to adopt a child into their forever family.
