Chris & Kim Rickman

Tullahoma, TN

We are the Rickman family and live in Tullahoma, Tn. Chris and Kim have been happily married for 23 years and have 2 biological daughters, Kathryn Grace age 18, and Christin Faith age 15. We have discussed adopting for many years but allowed excuses, finances, and timing to play too much of a factor. 3 years of traveling over to Costa Rica working with kids and families in desperate situations changed these beliefs. After spending the day at a La Fortuna orphanage, our hearts were broken seeing these great kids with no place or family to call their own.

3 Siblings

Orphans Costa Rica

While spending time helping out at a Costa Rica orphanage, we were drawn to this sweet little girl. We had so much fun seeing her personality, sweet demeanor, and trying to understand what she was telling us in Spanish. We were told that she'd been abandoned by her family and would be coming up for adoption in the near future! You can only imagine our surprise when we were told that she had 2 other siblings! The Rickman’s are expecting to be matched with this group of 3 in the upcoming month and having a new “Forever Family”

Mrs. Janie

Widow Tullahoma, TN

The widow we will be working for is Mrs. Janie Crouch of Tullahoma, Tn. She is a very special lady in the community who had a very hard 2018. Her husband of 62 years passed away in February. A month later, her son Roy died unexpectedly while working at their local Church. Their family has a special place in our thoughts and prayers. We are blessed to be allowed to do this Both Hands project for the Crouch family.

Our Both Hands Project

Project April 6, 2019

A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help 3 orphans become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?

Help bring these kids home!
