A Waiting Child Orphan USA
This year, Scott and Lindsay experienced another heartbreaking unsuccessful adoption. Along with this unexpected physical and emotional loss, they also lost $13,000 in non-refundable adoption expenses making it very difficult financially to adopt again. They know in their hearts God is calling them to adopt again. They are hopeful to adopt a baby (or babies!) or a young toddler from Indiana or Ohio and are open to any ethnicity and drug exposure.
Ms. Brittany Widow Richmond, IN
Ms. Brittany is a nurse and mother of two, and became a widow at 29 very unexpectedly when her husband, Shane, passed away last November. He was a physical trainer and in great health, yet suffered a massive heart attack from an underlying congenital heart condition. After this devastating loss, Brittany has held both of her daughter's hands as they've endured surgeries for identical respiratory issues. After a furnace fire in January left their home filled with smoke damage, our team is excited to serve Brittany and her girls with this project, and to show God's love.
Our Both Hands Project Project September 28, 2019
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help an orphan to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?
