Melinda Weber

, China

In 2008, Melinda began fostering orphans in her home in China. Abby (McCary), a 2 yr old with Down Syndrome, was first and then Ethan, a 9 month old with CP, joined them a year later. As many as 4 children have been in her home at a time, but several, like Abby, have been adopted into loving homes. However, Ethan (11) and now Gabriel (8 yrs old- deaf with limited vision) are facing a lifetime as orphans unless adopted by this loving women they have known as their foster mom for so long.

Ethan & Gabriel

Orphans China

Melinda is in the process of completing Ethan’s adoption as quickly as possible so that she can also adopt Gabriel and bring him home from the orphanage where he was forced to return a year ago (after 4 years in her home) until his adoption is complete. Would you help us bring these boys home to their Mama for good?

Ms. Debbie

Widow Jacksonville, FL

Debbie married her sweetheart, Jack, when she was just 19 years old. They were married for almost 50 years when he went home to be with the Lord in 2018. She served alongside him in ministry as “Pastor Jack." Jack and Debbie are friends of the McCary family and even welcomed their daughter Abby home when she was adopted from Melinda’s foster home in China. Now it will be our privilege to serve Debbie by painting and cleaning up the home she and Jack shared together.

Our Both Hands Project

The McCary family and their team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service on behalf of Melinda. The funds raised will help Ethan & Gabriel to become adopted into Melinda's family. Will you sponsor us?
