Matt & Nikki Wimpelberg

Owensboro, KY

Matt and Nikki will celebrate their 6th wedding anniversary on June 19th and are eagerly awaiting the adoption of their first child. God has been laying the foundation for adoption for many years in both of their hearts, and even before they were married, adoption was discussed as a way to start or expand their family. They both want to extend their gratitude to all of those who are supporting them in their journey to bring their daughter home.

A Waiting Child

Orphan South Korea

Matt and Nikki started their home study in August 2015 to adopt from South Korea. Before the home study was completed, they were surprisingly shown a picture of the most precious little girl. After completing their home study, they were officially matched in February and now they are anxiously awaiting their adoption of a beautiful little girl from South Korea who recently turned one. Adoption in South Korea requires two trips to the country, and they are eagerly hoping to travel soon to bring their daughter home.
