Tim & Tara Witherow

Tim & Tara Witherow

Franklin, TN

We need your help to bring our baby home! God has woven our stories in such a way that we believe we were meant to adopt. While we are unable to have children of our own, our story is bigger than infertility. Tim & his brother were adopted, Tara's aunt and cousins along with several others in our lives were adopted which has instilled in us an appreciation for creating a loving home for a child who deserves that opportunity as well. Also, we feel that we have so much love & fun between the two of us that it would be a shame not to share that with another little person!

A Baby

Orphan USA

We started the domestic adoption process a year and a half ago and are hoping that THIS year will be the year we bring our baby home. Unfortunately, adoption is a very pricey process and often it is the cost that keeps many willing couples from adopting and giving a good home to a child. We refuse to let this be our story...but we need your help. It truly does take a village and whatever donation you could share would be greatly appreciated. We are so honored to have your support as we start our family.

Ms. Mary

Widow Franklin, TN

Mary Hunter lost her husband in 1979 and still lives in the home they purchased together years ago. She has one daughter, Angela, and is a proud first time grandmother. Her beautiful 13 month old granddaughter was adopted so our project is close to Mary's heart! For close to 20 years, Mary cared for her disabled mother until she passed leaving a void in her life. All of her family members live far off but she has the companionship of her dog Holly.

Our Both Hands Project

Project August 22, 2015

On August 22, a team of volunteers will spend a day fixing up Ms. Mary's home. Mary's home is older and is various states of disrepair and she does her best keeping up the yard work herself but she could use a little help! That's where Both Hands and The Witherows come in!

We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help the Witherows to adopt a child. Will you sponsor our team?
