Nick & Melanie Crapo
Nick and I have been married for 10 years, and it feels like adoption has been written into our story from the start. Nick has four younger cousins who are adopted, and I even remember Nick sharing pictures of his cousins on our first date. Adoption naturally became a topic of conversation for us over the years, and we both have a heart for sharing our love with a child. After I faced a rare autoimmune disease, adopting also became our primary option for having children, since pregnancy would be risky for my health. We are so grateful that I had a full recovery, and we feel blessed that we are now able to grow our family in this way.
Domestic Adoption
We are working with an adoption consultant and are in the process of pursuing domestic adoption. We are trusting in God’s timing and plan for us as we wait for an opportunity to adopt a child from somewhere within the United States.
Waiting Widow
The loss of a beloved spouse often makes it difficult for a widow to keep up with the needed repairs and improvements to her home. We are excited to bless a widow in our community in a big way!
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help an orphan to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?
