We are the Dabbs family! Adoption has been on our hearts since before we were married and we knew we wanted to grow our family through adoption first. Our son, Sidikie, came home from Sierra Leone in 2021. He is 10 years old and a burn survivor. When we found out earlier this year that we are not able to have biological children, we knew that adoption truly was meant to be how our family is built. We are so excited to now add a little girl to the family!
Daughter
We are adopting a 9 year old girl from West Africa. She is a burn survivor just like our son, and he is excited to have something in common with his sister. We are hoping to make our first trip to meet our daughter in January 2024!
Ms. Jewel & Ms. Abbigail
Jewel’s husband was a military veteran and passed away over 30 years ago. Ms Jewel is in need of some house organization and repair work on her porch and doorway.
Abbigail was married to her husband for 28 years before he died. Not long before her husband’s passing, their young son also went to Heaven. Abbigail currently works as a licensed mental health counselor. Her house is in need of some basic repairs, landscaping, and a lot of painting.
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help an orphan to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?
