We have been married for 13 years, and have a five year old daughter named Thea. We live on a little farm in Social Circle, Georgia. We have always talked about adoption since early on in our marriage, in hopes that we would be able to do so one day. As Christians, we believe that we are all called to love and care for others, however we can; and of course, adoption is one of the best ways we can do that. We believe that God loves us and has “adopted” us as His children (Ephesians 1:5; Romans 8:14-15); so, we are humbled and overjoyed to be able to show that same love for a child, as well.
Waiting Child
Last year, we felt God’s call that now is the time! We are so excited to welcome our new child into our lives and home very soon, and Thea is so excited to have a sibling!! We are already home-study approved and active with our agency. We are currently working on raising the estimated $65,000-$75,000 for the adoption fees.
Mr. David & Ms. Melissa
We are planning to serve an elderly widower, named Mr David. He attends out church and has a lot of exterior and interior house needs, which he is unable to attend to, himself.
We will also be serving a widow, named Melissa. She has two boys and needs help with multiple house projects and repairs.
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help an orphan to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?
