Yuri & Lenora Shcherbyna
We are the Shcherbyna (“Share-Bean-ah”) family. We were married in 2019 in Mykolaiv, Ukraine. Yurii is a Ukrainian immigrant and Lenora is an American citizen. We each have a grown son from previous marriages.
Daughter
We are adopting a young girl from Bulgaria, and we are excited to add to our international family. The total cost of the adoption is $40,000.
Oksana
Oksana is Ukrainian immigrant, and she married her American husband in Chernivtsi, Ukraine and she lost her husband two years ago. She has a son who is now in college. Oksana is very busy in the community volunteering as the leader of the Ukrainian Society of Greater Dayton. She has been helping Ukrainian refugees get settled in the Dayton area as they relocate here due to the conflict in Ukraine. Oksana needs help with landscaping.
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help an orphan to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?
