Joel Eckert

Joel Eckert is a partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, LLP and assists the firm’s corporate and individual clients in a wide range of litigation matters including commercial, construction, and land use disputes. Joel has also represented clients in the entertainment industry in various litigation matters and has assisted parents and children with education and sports law-related issues.
Before going to law school, Joel was a college basketball and tennis coach, and Joel remains a passionate fan of all sports, including Notre Dame football and Indiana basketball.
Joel and his wife Tracy live in Nashville, TN with their daughter Anna and son Isaiah. Joel and Tracy completed a Both Hands project in April 2014.
