Kathy McKinney

Kathy recently retired in 2022 after serving as the Manager of Adoption Aid at Show Hope for the past fifteen years. In her work with adoptive families, she often encouraged them to consider a Both Hands project to help fund their adoptions. She brings her knowledge of the adoption world to the Both Hands board and hopes to continue offering support to families on the adoption journey. She and her husband, Jerry, adopted two children who are now grown. As “empty nesters,” Kathy and Jerry enjoy spending time with friends and family, especially their granddaughter, Piper.
