Luke & Robyn Spaulding

May 31, 2025 | New Haven, IN

We have been married for 8 years and have been blessed with two energetic boys. Before we were even married, we knew that one day we wanted to adopt. We started the process 4 years ago and were then surprised with our second boy! Shortly after that Luke was diagnosed with cancer and we walked that journey together. Once he was in remission, we felt God calling us back to adoption and we picked up where we left off. We are excited to keep growing our family through adoption and open our home, hearts and arms to another little one and show them the love of Jesus.

We are home study approved and after waiting for almost 2 years to be matched we have started working with a consulting agency. We were hesitant to go that route because financially it’s a lot more than the agencies we were working with but as we started walking forward God kept opening doors and confirming this was the direction he wanted us to go. Looking at the amount we need to raise looks daunting but we know we serve a God who provides and is faithful to the calling he places on our lives!

Shannon

Widow | Indiana

Shannon was married to her best friend Josh for 9 years and they had two children together. After a long, rough battle of cancer, Josh passed away almost 3 years ago.

Shannon is a wonderful momma to her two kids and bears the weight of being a single parent. This sweet family is a part of our church and our life group and we are truly honored to bless them through this service project.

A Different Kind of Fundraiser

A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help a child to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?

No Administration Fees

We don’t take a penny out of the funds raised for adoption or orphan care projects for ourselves.

We are committed to doing everything we can to help our Both Hands families afford adoption. That’s why we don't take out any administrative fees from donations to our projects. If a donor chooses not to cover the credit card and processing fees, Both Hands will cover it to ensure 100% of the gift supports the cause.

We raise funds for our operations separately through support from donors like you. By supporting Both Hands, you help us serve more adoptive families, bless more widows, and bring even more children into their forever families.
