Mackenzie & Zach de Vries
Zach & I have been married for 10 years and currently have three wonderful boys. We have a deep, personal connection to adoption through family & close friends and it is something we talked about even before having biological children.
After three complicated pregnancies and deliveries and a medical diagnosis that prevents me from having more biological children, we knew adoption was the right step for our family. Adoption is a beautiful, earthly picture of the Gospel, mirroring how God brings believers into His family through Jesus, and we are so excited to welcome a new child into our family.
**The first $3,000 donated to this project will be matched!**

Baby de Vries
After welcoming our third child in 2019, we knew our family wasn’t quite complete. Adoption had always been something we talked about, even before having biological children, and at that point, it felt like the right time to begin our adoption journey. In January 2023, we became home study approved and started working with Adoption Assistance. Since then, we have been patiently waiting as a hopeful adoptive family. More recently, we began working with an attorney in Florida as well, and we feel hopeful that we will be matched soon. We are incredibly excited to welcome a child into our family through adoption.
Ms. Zelma
Ms. Zelma is Mackenzie's close friend’s Granny. She is 91 and has been a widow for 12 years. We will be cleaning all the windows in her home, both inside and out—along with handling some landscaping and taking care of a few additional tasks around the property. We will also be bringing her some freezer meals!
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help a child to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?
