Ashton & Jericca Makovicka
We are Ashton and Jericca Makovicka and we live in Tennessee with our three year old daughter along with our two miniature schnauzers. Within the first six months of our relationship, we both discussed that we wanted to adopt. What we discussed nine years ago became a reality for us in January 2022. Thinking we would adopt baby number three, God made it very clear that our second child would be through adoption.
We are praying daily for the future growth of our family through adoption, trusting God in his plan, and following this journey with no doubt. We can’t wait to see how the Lord continues to move in our lives and this process of growing our family.
Domestic Adoption
We are pursuing domestic infant adoption and war working with LifeLine Children’s Services adoption agency. We have recently matched and so excited to bring our little one home.
Ms. Sherri
We met Sherri through our previous church, and she is dear to our family’s heart. Sherri lost her husband Jim unexpectedly in 2021. Sherri lives in a two-story house by herself and needs a little help to manage the yard and organization. We are excited to be a source of encouragement and partner with people from our community to serve her and all her needs. We will be landscaping, organizing her garage so she can park inside, organizing her craft room, replacing her deck, and painting her shed for our project.
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help an orphan to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?
