We have matched with a mother in Arizona who is having a baby boy in September of 2026. Our fundraising goal is $15,000 to help with the adoption costs. We are applying for grants as well but we need your help!

"My name is Candy! I have been a middle school choir director/ music teacher for 21 years. I was married to my husband Matt for 24 years until he passed away in 2010. We have 3 amazing children: Adison, who is 39 and is a person with special needs and lives at home with me. Aaron, who is 36 and married with 2 children of his own. And Abby, who is 32 with a family of her own. When my husband passed, I was devastated. He was everything to me! He was such an amazing man who was able to build anything and fix anything. After his death, I just let things go and now I do not have the ability or the funds to do the upkeep on the property. Thank you for this opportunity!"

Your tax-deductible donation is to the 501(c)3 non-profit organization Both Hands Foundation (EIN 26-1879659). In following IRS guidelines, Both Hands’ governing board retains full discretion over the donation’s use, but intends to honor the donor’s suggestion. Both Hands does not charge an administrative fee and raises its operating support separately. Donors that supply their email will receive a tax receipt upon donation. Those who leave it blank will receive a mailed tax receipt at year end, if the donation is $250 or more.

We are committed to doing everything we can to help our Both Hands families afford adoption. That’s why we don't take out any administrative fees from donations to our projects. If a donor chooses not to cover the credit card and processing fees, Both Hands will cover it to ensure 100% of the gift supports the cause.
