Garrett & Lauren Black
Hello! We’re Garrett, Lauren, and Chloe Black. Garrett is a youth pastor, and Lauren is a full-time caregiver to our 2-year-old daughter. From the start, we’ve shared a deep passion for adoption. After marrying in 2017, we spent years learning about the process. Many life experiences have led us here, and we are so excited to grow our little family through the gift of adoption!
**The first $4,000 donated to this project will be matched!!**

Baby Black
Our adoption will cost around $40,000. After being home study approved, we've applied for grants and secured several, leaving us with $25,000 to raise. Adoption costs include things like healthcare, housing for expectant moms, agency fees, travel, and post-placement expenses. While the cost can be a challenge, we’re thankful for the support of those prioritizing the well-being of children and families. Your help would bring us closer to our goal!
Grandma G
Affectionately known as Gigi by her 3 grandchildren, Grandma G is a devoted grandmother and caretaker who has spent her life serving others, including raising two adopted children of her own. In August of 2023, she lost her husband of 54 years. She fills her time with church Bible studies, games of mahjong with friends, and helping care for her grandchildren. With a true servant’s heart, Gigi has always been quick to lend a hand to those in need. Now, several labor-intensive projects around her home need attention. That’s where our team comes in— we will be assisting with home repairs, cleaning, and organizing. We’re really excited to do this together for Grandma G and would be so grateful if you would sponsor us for the day!
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help a child to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?

We are committed to doing everything we can to help our Both Hands families afford adoption. That’s why we don't take out any administrative fees from donations to our projects. If a donor chooses not to cover the credit card and processing fees, Both Hands will cover it to ensure 100% of the gift supports the cause.
We raise funds for our operations separately through support from donors like you. By supporting Both Hands, you help us serve more adoptive families, bless more widows, and bring even more children into their forever families.
