Chandler & Megan Cassel
We have been married for five years, and last year we began the journey of growing our family. In a short period of time, we experienced two heartbreaking pregnancy losses. During that season of grief, adoption was gently placed on our hearts as something to prayerfully consider.
Adoption has always been part of our story, it was actually one of the very first conversations we had while dating. We just didn’t know when or how that chapter would unfold.
Adoption has never been a second choice for us. While we still hope to have biological children one day, we are incredibly excited and grateful for the opportunity to grow our family in whatever way God leads. We believe every child is a gift, and we are honored to be stepping forward in faith as we pursue adoption.
**The first $4,000 donated to this project will be matched!**

Baby Cassel
We are currently pursuing domestic infant adoption and are working with an adoption consultant. Our home study is complete, and we are officially active, meaning we are now being presented with adoption opportunities and waiting to be chosen by an expectant mother.
The average cost per adoption opportunity ranges from $50,000 to $65,000, including agency fees, birth parent expenses, legal services, medical costs, and other necessary adoption expenses.
Vera
For the past 10 years, Vera has faithfully navigated life on her own after the loss of her husband. A strong Christian woman, she continues to work hard to support herself while remaining active in her faith and community. Like many widows, she faces the challenge of maintaining her home without a spouse or family members nearby to help with the many projects that arise over time.
Through our Both Hands service project, a team of friends, family, and volunteers will come together to serve her by completing much-needed work around her home. From yard work and landscaping to household repairs and other maintenance projects, our goal is to ease some of the burdens she carries and remind her that she is loved, valued, and supported by her community.
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help a child to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?

No Administration Fees
We don’t take a penny out of the funds raised for adoption or orphan care projects for ourselves.
We are committed to doing everything we can to help our Both Hands families afford adoption. That’s why we don't take out any administrative fees from donations to our projects. If a donor chooses not to cover the credit card and processing fees, Both Hands will cover it to ensure 100% of the gift supports the cause.
We raise funds for our operations separately through support from donors like you. By supporting Both Hands, you help us serve more adoptive families, bless more widows, and bring even more children into their forever families.
