Nightlight Christian Adoptions (KY)
Nightlight Christian Adoptions is a licensed, faith-based agency whose mission is to share God’s love through adoption and foster care. With a deep commitment to the sanctity of life and the belief that every child deserves a loving, permanent home, we serve families through domestic, international, embryo and foster adoption as well as foster care. Guided by Christian values, we walk alongside foster and adoptive families as well as expectant parents with compassion, integrity, and hope—believing that adoption and foster care are beautiful reflections of God’s love and redemption.

Healing Homes
Nightlight’s Kentucky office is raising funds for our Healing Homes Foster Program to recruit, train, and support foster families who can provide safe, loving homes for children removed from their families through no fault of their own. Your gift helps us offer specialized training, therapeutic resources, and 24/7 support. Your support also helps remove financial barriers to adoption, giving more children the opportunity to experience the love, stability, and Christ-centered care of a forever family.
Sharon
Sharon, wife of the late Paul, is a devoted Christian and mother to 13-year-old Ashley, whom she and Paul adopted together through our China program. After Paul’s passing from Glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer in 2019, Sharon has shown remarkable strength and resilience. She stays busy working full-time as a para educator for the Garrard County School System, taking college classes to become a certified teacher, caring for her elderly mother, all while lovingly raising Ashley and continuing the life she and Paul had built together through twelve years of marriage.
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
Nightlight KY staff members and volunteers will be completing a service project to make some minor repairs to the inside and outside of Sharon’s home. We will also refresh some of her rooms with new paint. Please consider sponsoring the Nightlight Team on our day of service. Your tax-deductible donation is to the 501(c)3 non-profit organization Both Hands Foundation (EIN 26-1879659). In following IRS guidelines, Both Hands’ governing board retains full discretion over the donation’s use, but intends to honor the donor’s suggestion. Both Hands does not charge an administrative fee and raises its operating support separately. Donors that supply their email will receive a tax receipt upon donation. Those who leave it blank will receive a mailed tax receipt at year end, if the donation is $250 or more.

We don’t take a penny out of the funds raised for adoption or orphan care projects for ourselves.
We are committed to doing everything we can to help our Both Hands families afford adoption. That’s why we don't take out any administrative fees from donations to our projects. If a donor chooses not to cover the credit card and processing fees, Both Hands will cover it to ensure 100% of the gift supports the cause.
We raise funds for our operations separately through support from donors like you. By supporting Both Hands, you help us serve more adoptive families, bless more widows, and bring even more children into their forever families.
