We have been married for 2 1/2 years, but it already feels like a lifetime of laughter, fun, and adventures together. We knew from the beginning that we wanted to be parents and have the opportunity to share our love of each other and the Lord with our future children. After an unexpected diagnosis last year, the Lord has shown us that He plans to use adoption to grow our family.

Throughout our lives God has surrounded us with beautiful pictures of adoption. Rachel's three little brothers were adopted as newborns. The friends that introduced us have adopted twin girls. Multiple mentors through our church adopted their own children or were adopted themselves. It is a blessing to be surrounded by images of what we hope and pray for. We are currently home study ready and are looking to match with a birthmother for newborn adoption.
Mrs. Janelle
Mike and Janelle have been married since 1997. They adopted their daughter, Dasha, from Russia at the age of 4. Dasha and her two young daughters live with Janelle. Mike has advanced stage Lewy Body Dementia and lives in a memory care facility close by. We met Janelle through our church and are excited to serve her and her family. We plan to do landscaping work in the front and back yards along with some minor interior repairs.
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a friend in need's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help a child to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?

Your tax-deductible donation is to the 501(c)3 non-profit organization Both Hands Foundation (EIN 26-1879659). In following IRS guidelines, Both Hands’ governing board retains full discretion over the donation’s use, but intends to honor the donor’s suggestion. Both Hands does not charge an administrative fee and raises its operating support separately. Donors that supply their email will receive a tax receipt upon donation. Those who leave it blank will receive a mailed tax receipt at year end, if the donation is $250 or more.

If a donor chooses not to cover the credit card and processing fees, Both Hands will cover it to ensure 100% of the gift supports the cause.
