Madison Tracy-Atkinson
Communications Director
Madison joined the Both Hands team in 2024. Having worked at startups for most of her career, she’s comfortable in a fast-paced environment and is committed to creating meaningful audience engagement through her work.
Madison grew up in Murfreesboro, TN, as the oldest of seven children. She received her bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University, where she served as SGA president and went on to receive her master’s degree in Leadership and Public Service at Lipscomb University.
Madison is excited to learn more about the world of adoption and widow support. During her job search, Madison was delighted to learn about Both Hands’ mission to live out James 1:27, and before even getting an interview, was sharing about Both Hands with her best friend, who is a foster mama, over sushi. “One day, we can do a project for you,” she said to her friend.
Madison and her husband Cain, who were married in July 2023, are passionate about adoption, inspired by Cain’s personal experience of being taken in by his aunt and uncle at 12 years old, which dramatically altered his life’s trajectory.
Madison and Cain have a heart for ministry and currently reside in Columbia, TN.
