Matthew Enoch
Finance & Operations Director
Originally from Parkersburg, West Virginia, Matthew moved to Middle Tennessee in 2011 and joined the Both Hands staff in 2023. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Belmont University and a Masters Degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
By God’s grace, Matthew and his wife Allison adopted their son Gabriel in 2021. Walking through the adoption process, they saw first-hand the emotional and financial challenges associated with adoption. In 2024, Matthew and Allison completed a Both Hands project for their second adoption journey and welcomed their daughter Mercy in 2025. Matthew is excited to be part of a team whose mission is to help lighten that burden on adoptive families and make it easier for more children to find their forever homes.
