Matthew Enoch
Finance & Operations Director
Originally from Parkersburg, West Virginia, Matthew moved to Middle Tennessee in 2011 and joined the Both Hands staff in 2023. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Belmont University and a Masters Degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also serves as the worship minister at The Church at West End in Columbia, TN.
By God’s grace, Matthew and his wife Allison adopted their son Gabriel in 2021. Walking through the adoption process, they saw first-hand the emotional and financial challenges associated with adoption. In 2024, Matthew and Allison completed a Both Hands project for their second adoption journey and welcomed their daughter Mercy in 2025. Matthew is excited to be part of a team whose mission is to help lighten that burden on adoptive families and make it easier for more children to find their forever homes.
