Pure Religion Sunday 2026

A small church in Zambia sparked a worldwide movement with nothing more than a few pairs of shoes, simple meals, and radical faith.

In this firepit chat, JT Olson shares the heart behind Pure Religion Sunday and how it ties directly into Both Hands' mission. Helping families raise adoption funds by serving local widows isn't just a clever project... It’s straight out of James 1:27, where God calls caring for orphans and widows the purest form of religion. As Pure Religion Sunday approaches, don’t just hear the call... Be the response. Lend one hand to an orphan, one hand to a widow, and put that faith into action!
