Matt & Amanda Bryant

September 28, 2024 | St. Louis, MO

We met on a blind date in Spring of 2017 and have spoken every day since. We discussed our mutual love for the Lord and adoption early on. In the fall of 2019, we got married and started trying to have biological children in February 2020. After a year, our doctors informed us biological children would not be possible. We took time to pray and heal from this news before deciding to adopt through Lifeline Children’s Services in September 2022.

**The first $2,500 given to this project will be matched!!**

Baby Bryant

Domestic Adoption | United States

We applied to adopt domestically through Lifeline in February of 2023 and spent the first few months of our adoption process fundraising and going through the home study process. Then we were approved to be actively waiting for a match with an expectant mother in late fall of 2023. We matched in May of this year and traveled to Mississippi for the birth of the baby in late June and the mother decided to parent after the baby was born. We were there in Mississippi when we heard about Both Hands and saw it as God's way of helping us recoup the funds we spent on our first match.

Noreen

Widow | Missouri

Noreen is 62 and was married for 36 years when her husband died. She is a nurse and cared for him at their home as dementia progressed until he passed in 2020. She was COVID nurse of the year in St. Louis in 2020. She's a mother to grown children and serves on the medical team at her church. She tries to keep up the 5 acres of property and the 4 bedroom house on her own and was in tears hearing about the work that Both Hands does. She has already described how much hope this upcoming project gives her.

A Different Kind of Fundraiser

A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help a child to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?

No Administration Fees

We don’t take a penny out of the funds raised for adoption or orphan care projects for ourselves.

We are committed to doing everything we can to help our Both Hands families afford adoption. That’s why we don't take out any administrative fees from donations to our projects. If a donor chooses not to cover the credit card and processing fees, Both Hands will cover it to ensure 100% of the gift supports the cause.

We raise funds for our operations separately through support from donors like you. By supporting Both Hands, you help us serve more adoptive families, bless more widows, and bring even more children into their forever families.
