Timothy & Sara Welsh
Daughter
The Welshes are waiting on a match and funding to be able to bring someone home from Hong Kong. They have had the opportunity to pray over 3 referrals. That’s 3 little girls whose lives will be changed by their prayers and God’s grace. Two of which are being brought into other families! And one they applied for, are still praying for and would be honored to be matched and bring her home.
Lorie
Lorie has been widowed for nearly a year and a half. She has 4 grown adopted children, one of which lives with her along with her own three children. Lorie is also caring for 2 other grandchildren who live in her home. She drives a school bus and believes that’s her mission field. Things have been tight for her since she isn’t yet old enough to draw from her husband’s social security benefits. She believes that God has and will continue to provide everything at just the right time. Lorie is in need of knee replacement in both knees, but cannot afford to take time off work until next year when she is able to draw on some benefits, so outdoor projects are things that are especially hard for her. She is so grateful for the support from her church over the past year, and is grateful for any help we can bring her. She has a love for her family and the home God gave them, especially the hiking trails on their property that have trees down on them. She would love to have those removed so they can continue enjoying the trails. Other items that she would love help with--sealing her deck, and cutting/splitting wood for her woodburner to heat her house this winter, and sweeping the chimney. There is also a good deal of foliage overgrowth around her house that needs trimmed up. All of that will make for a good work day.
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help an orphan to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?

Those who leave it blank will receive a mailed tax receipt at year end, if the donation is $250 or more.
No Administration Fees
We don’t take a penny out of the funds raised for adoption or orphan care projects for ourselves.
We are committed to doing everything we can to help our Both Hands families afford adoption. That’s why we don't take out any administrative fees from donations to our projects. If a donor chooses not to cover the credit card and processing fees, Both Hands will cover it to ensure 100% of the gift supports the cause.
We raise funds for our operations separately through support from donors like you. By supporting Both Hands, you help us serve more adoptive families, bless more widows, and bring even more children into their forever families.
