Jared & Abby Hurless

June 28, 2025 | Florence, KY

When we got married a little over 3 years ago, we began praying for children. As we faced disappointment and heartache, we kept clinging to the truth that God was writing our story and that He is trustworthy. We have family and friends who have adopted and it has been on Abby’s heart for many years. As we prayed together for God’s direction, we felt Him leading us to pursue adoption to grow our family… And we are so excited!

**The first $3,000 donated to this project will be matched!!**

Domestic Adoption | United States

We are approved for domestic infant adoption and are waiting to be matched! Psalm 139:16 has been a source of comfort for us while we wait: “Your eyes saw me when I was formless; all my days were written in Your book and planned before a single one of them began.” We are so thankful that even though we cannot see an ultrasound right now or hear a heartbeat, God sees and knows our child. He is watching over them and writing their story as well - all according to His perfect plan.

Ms. Eileen

Widow | Kentucky

We feel so blessed that a friend introduced us to Ms. Eileen! Eileen and her husband, Jim, were married for many wonderful years before God suddenly called him home in 2017. Throughout their marriage they opened their hearts and their home to countless people, and Eileen continues to do that today. She “loves Jesus to pieces” and is a blessing to many through her encouragement and prayers. As a former teacher, Eileen loves children and has a heart for adoption. She is so excited to be part of our story and can’t wait to meet Baby Hurless! Eileen’s two sons and their families mean the world to her but live several states away, so we are excited for our team to be able to help her with various home and yard projects!

A Different Kind of Fundraiser

A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help a child to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?
