Jordan & Stephanie Yant
Jordan and I have been married for 13 years and we have been so blessed to adopt three children through domestic infant adoption. All of our children come from different biological families and have uniquely different stories that showcase God’s goodness with God’s hand all over them. Recently, we were able to adopt Isaac into our family. We were chosen 2 weeks before he was born, leaving us no time to save or fundraise for his adoption, and we need your help! Adoption was a calling for us, and we are honored that God chose us to be Isaac’s parents and raise him to know and see the love of God. Thank You for taking the time to read this and may God bless your family in His own special and unique way as He has blessed us. We are appreciative of any gifts given and we value your prayers as well!
**The first $3,000 raised for this project will be matched!**

Isaac
When we received notice that our local adoption agency was closing we began to lose hope that we would be blessed with another child. We were actively looking into other agencies, and even possibly embryo adoption as other alternatives. Just a few days before giving up hope, our agency sent us Isaac's packet and asked if we would like to be presented to the birth mother. The packet said that they preferred a family that did not have any other children. We thought there was no way we would be picked, but with the desire for a third child we still put our name on the list without much hope and more as an afterthought...but God had much better plans. When Stephanie received the call from the agency and they said we were picked and we were picked out of 9 families, she instantly felt the physical outpouring of God's love, goodness, and kindness on her. When she told Jordan, the only response he could muster was laughing at the fact that we were picked and could possibly adopt 3 kids in 3.5 years. In his devotions two days later he just happened to read the story of Abraham and Sarah laughing when God promised them a child (Isaac). He completely related to that sentiment and we chose the name Isaac which means "laughter" in Hebrew. A quick two weeks later, as we were building him a room in our home, the agency called and said the birth mom was checking into the hospital ready to be induced. We were so blessed to be able to pray with the parents prior to birth and to be able to hold Isaac immediately after he was born, and feed him and care for him before taking him home 2 days later, healthy and happy. So it was only in a matter of two weeks that we found out we were going to be blessed with a son until he was born! With the quick nature of the situation we were unable to fundraise and save funds for the high cost of adoption. We are now so excited to help Pam while raising funds for Isaac's adoption!
Ms. Pam
"My name is Pam. My husband passed away in January of this year. Since then, I have been overwhelmed by the number of repairs and projects that I have had to complete. Some were things that I expected, like removing the dead or overgrown shrubs in the yard, but some were a total surprise like the flooded basement. To make things more complicated, I am having issues with my back and cannot lift things or do tasks that I would ordinarily do like raking leaves or picking up walnuts. I am requesting that the group helps with cleaning out flower beds, laying cloth and putting down rock. I would also like help raking leaves, eliminating weeds and picking up walnuts to prepare my yard for the winter months. I am grateful for any help they can provide. Thank you."
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help a child to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?
