Jesse & Katie Jarnagin
Hello, we are Jesse & Katie! We have been married for over twelve years, have a six year old daughter and five year old son. This is our second call to adoption, our first was in 2018 which led to our first child! After a year of prayer, we feel that the Lord has called us to adopt one more time to complete our family as a family of five!
Our adoption expenses are looking to cost close to $55,000 and we have fundraised and received two grants equaling $25,000. Our prayer is that through sponsorships of blessing a sweet widow(s) of our church, Longview Point Baptist Church, that our village help us raise $15,000 to lighten the financial burden that comes with adoption.
Unfortunately in the adoption world, if you do not have X amount of funds readily available (sometimes close to $45k), then you cannot show your families profile to a potential birth mom. We pray this fundraiser allows us to meet the financial needs of being able to present our profile to more moms and allow less financial stress with our adoption.
We are excited to see how the Lord provides through His people coming to the call of action to care for orphans and widows, but more over we are excited to serve the widows in our home church!

We have seen so much joy that has come through the gift of adoption, and cannot wait to see what the Lord has us for this adoption. We know the Lord will provide our needs and His timing is always good. We cannot wait to see that sweet baby the Lord has for us and watch the Lord work through this fundraiser! We are thankful the Lord has adopted us as His sons and daughters, and pray our walk points people to Jesus.
Ms. Helen
The widow we will be serving is Ms. Helen. She is 86 years old and goes to our church. She lives on four overgrown acres, so we will be spending November 22nd tending to her land, flower beds and home. We are so excited to serve Helen with this project!
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
