Domestic Adoption
We began our journey towards adopting a baby in April 2022. We've been working with Mustard Seed Adoption Consultants. Unfortunately, most of the potential adoptions that have come our way have been beyond our reach financially. While the wait has been difficult, we know God will provide in His time. With Both Hands and God's provision, we're hopeful we will bring home a baby soon!
Ms. Mary
Mary's husband, James, passed away the same year that Ruthie was born, 2015. Nate, who is a pastor, officiated the funeral service. Mary has a nice home in Cottage Grove but her to-do list is difficult to complete. This is especially true as she cares for her mother, Bev, who lives with her and is also a widow. We are thankful for Mary and Bev and for the opportunity to come alongside them!
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help an orphan to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?

Your tax-deductible donation is to the 501(c)3 non-profit organization Both Hands Foundation (EIN 26-1879659). In following IRS guidelines, Both Hands’ governing board retains full discretion over the donation’s use, but intends to honor the donor’s suggestion. Both Hands does not charge an administrative fee and raises its operating support separately. Donors that supply their email will receive a tax receipt upon donation. Those who leave it blank will receive a mailed tax receipt at year end, if the donation is $250 or more.

We don’t take a penny out of the funds raised for adoption or orphan care projects for ourselves.
We are committed to doing everything we can to help our Both Hands families afford adoption. That’s why we don't take out any administrative fees from donations to our projects. If a donor chooses not to cover the credit card and processing fees, Both Hands will cover it to ensure 100% of the gift supports the cause.
