We’re the Bates family from middle Tennessee. We’ve been married for 20 years during which God has blessed us with six beautiful children (5 biological and 1 adopted). You may think our house is pretty noisy and you’d be right! But adopting our youngest son was such a blessing that we can’t wait to do it again. Adoption is the perfect picture of God’s love for us!
A Waiting Child
After much prayer, we are pursuing adoption of our baby girl here in the United States through an adoption agency. We have not been matched yet but know that God's timing is perfect as we patiently wait. The kids, especially our two girls, are very excited to meet their new sister!

Ms. Donna adopted her two grandchildren and recently lost her dear husband, so this story comes full circle. She is always so full of joy and is one of the most giving people we know. It is our privilege and honor to serve her!
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help an orphan to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?

Your tax-deductible donation is to the 501(c)3 non-profit organization Both Hands Foundation (EIN 26-1879659). In following IRS guidelines, Both Hands’ governing board retains full discretion over the donation’s use, but intends to honor the donor’s suggestion. Both Hands does not charge an administrative fee and raises its operating support separately. Donors that supply their email will receive a tax receipt upon donation. Those who leave it blank will receive a mailed tax receipt at year end, if the donation is $250 or more.

We are committed to doing everything we can to help our Both Hands families afford adoption. That’s why we don't take out any administrative fees from donations to our projects. If a donor chooses not to cover the credit card and processing fees, Both Hands will cover it to ensure 100% of the gift supports the cause.
