Brent & Ramsey Chappell

November 8, 2025 | Clinton, MS

We have been married for 7 years and have seen God’s faithfulness in hard seasons, one of which was walking through infertility. After 3 years of infertility, God blessed us with Eliana, her name means “My God Answers” in Hebrew. We both were very open to adoption, and I (Ramsey) had a best friend in elementary school who was adopted; we just didn’t consider walking that journey until maybe later down the road. God really gave us a desire to adopt throughout that journey of infertility. We were about to start the adoption process when we found out we were going to have Eliana, and God kept that call on our hearts even after her birth. We love how adoption represents the way God has welcomed us into His heavenly family as His sons and daughters. We particularly love how 1 John 3:1a shares this truth: “See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are.”

**The first $4,000 donated to this project will be matched!!**

Domestic Adoption | United States

We are so thankful to be partnered with Lifeline Children's services for this adoption journey! God taught us so much personally throughout our home study process, and Lifeline equipped us with incredible resources and education to prepare us for welcoming this little one into our home. We are currently approved and waiting to be matched with a birth mother/family.

Widow | Mississippi

Samantha and her husband Adam met each other in 5th grade, started dating in 9th grade, went to college together, and were married in December 2005! Adam was diagnosed with brain cancer back in 2006, and their family started on a journey of walking through cancer. Throughout this trial, God blessed them with 8 children! Adam’s brain cancer suddenly worsened, and in February 2024, he went home to be with Jesus. Seeing Samantha’s trust in Christ and her warmth and kindness as we met with her was such a testament of God’s faithfulness and what it looks like to depend on God through grief and loss! We are so excited for our team to bless her family as we take on some outside projects and help with some inside organization!

A Different Kind of Fundraiser

A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help a child to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?
