Logan & Meghan Dickens
Logan and Meghan met during their senior year of high school and began dating. Logan proposed to Meghan during her last year of college, and they married a few months after she graduated. Meghan began her career as a nurse, and Logan decided to pursue a career in barbering. They have been married for eight years, filled with travel, love, and fun. When they thought about growing their family, Meghan learned it was not recommended that she become pregnant due to her diagnosis of Crohn’s Disease. She was diagnosed in 2013 and has been managed well on medication. However, she has not been in remission, which increases the risk to her health during pregnancy. Although this news was difficult after much prayer and thought, Logan and Meghan felt led to grow their family through adoption. They’ve always felt adoption would be a part of their family, but did not anticipate it being the first step in growing their family. Logan and Meghan believe that God led them to adoption and trust in his plan.

Ms. Joan
"I transplanted from RI thirty-one years ago. Now I am a senior citizen widow (no family) with a "honey-do" list. My gift of helps is currently expressed by providing others with the opportunity to help me! I continue to enjoy reading, particularly historical fiction and mysteries. One of the joys of my life was fostering, providing infant crisis care. Both Hands is a great blessing to me and little ones. God is Faithful!"
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help a child to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?

We are committed to doing everything we can to help our Both Hands families afford adoption. That’s why we don't take out any administrative fees from donations to our projects. If a donor chooses not to cover the credit card and processing fees, Both Hands will cover it to ensure 100% of the gift supports the cause.
