Global Adoption Services 2025
Global Adoption Services, Inc. is a licensed non-profit adoption services agency designed to benefit orphaned children by providing pre- and post-adoption support, education and guidance in order to create, sustain and preserve nurturing families. We are so excited to serve a widow and raise funds for our organization with Both Hands!

Service Expansion
Global Adoption Services would like to expand their services to children and families, to include adoption from foster care, domestic adoption, embryo adoption and providing scholarships to families when funds allow. 100% of the funds raised with this project will go towards these initiatives.
Ms. Barbara
"My name is Ms. Barbara. We have lived in Harford County for 42 years. My husband passed away 20 years ago in 2006. We were married for 28 years. We raised our daughter here where she went to school in Harford County and graduated with honors. I was secretary at my church for 27 years and enjoyed it very much. There are many God loving people in our church and that is what it takes to have a loving congregation. I have had several hospital stays which have made it quite hard for me to work in the yard and in the house."
Ms. Barbara has a dog named Freckles that is in need of training. We hope to help her with this. Her once beautiful yard is overgrown with weeds, and she is not able to care for it. Her small back deck has chipping paint, and she is in need of assistance to power wash and paint it. It would lift her spirits to be able to sit out on her deck and enjoy the fall weather. We are excited to serve Ms. Barbara with this project!
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help children receive the love and care they need to thrive. Will you sponsor us?

Your tax-deductible donation is to the 501(c)3 non-profit organization Both Hands Foundation (EIN 26-1879659). In following IRS guidelines, Both Hands’ governing board retains full discretion over the donation’s use, but intends to honor the donor’s suggestion. Both Hands does not charge an administrative fee and raises its operating support separately. Donors that supply their email will receive a tax receipt upon donation. Those who leave it blank will receive a mailed tax receipt at year end, if the donation is $250 or more.
No Administration Fees
We don’t take a penny out of the funds raised for adoption or orphan care projects for ourselves.
We are committed to doing everything we can to help our Both Hands families afford adoption. That’s why we don't take out any administrative fees from donations to our projects. If a donor chooses not to cover the credit card and processing fees, Both Hands will cover it to ensure 100% of the gift supports the cause.
We raise funds for our operations separately through support from donors like you. By supporting Both Hands, you help us serve more adoptive families, bless more widows, and bring even more children into their forever families.
