Jaya’s Scholarship

April 9, 2022 | Franklin, TN

Sammy and Amanda Sanfilippo adopted Jaya from India eight years ago. Jaya now has an incredible opportunity to attend a one-of-a-kind, therapeutic, trauma sensitive school. This environment will help enable the Sanfilippos to navigate Jaya’s trauma related learning challenges and support their family’s ongoing journey of trauma recovery and attachment.

Orphan no more | United States

Jaya is 13 years old and has lived in Franklin with her family since leaving her orphanage in India at age five. Despite ongoing medical special needs and early childhood trauma, she continues to overcome each challenge she faces with the love of her forever family and amazing community. She is beyond excited for the opportunity to attend Robson Academy!

Ms. Carolyn

Widow | Nashville, TN

Ms. Carolyn lost her husband two years ago, only two weeks after a house fire caused significant damage to their home in Nashville. Now that Ms. Carolyn has been able to move back in, we are ready to help her unpack, organize, and settle back into her home. After all she has endured, her faith in God's goodness is inspiring, and we feel honored to partner with her and bless her however we can!

A Different Kind of Fundraiser

A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help Jaya attend Robson Academy for her remaining 5 years of school. Will you sponsor us?

No Administration Fees

We don’t take a penny out of the funds raised for adoption or orphan care projects for ourselves.

We are committed to doing everything we can to help our Both Hands families afford adoption. That’s why we don't take out any administrative fees from donations to our projects. If a donor chooses not to cover the credit card and processing fees, Both Hands will cover it to ensure 100% of the gift supports the cause.

We raise funds for our operations separately through support from donors like you. By supporting Both Hands, you help us serve more adoptive families, bless more widows, and bring even more children into their forever families.
