Baby Girl
We are working with a faith based adoption agency here in Georgia that treasures birth moms and adoptive families to the fullest. The value, efforts, and unconditional support they give is what drew us to them. They will be supporting us forever in our journey. We are home study approved and waiting patiently on a call for a match. Baby will be a girl from Georgia.
Ms. Debbie & Ms. Faye
Debbie has a heart of gold that she gets to share every day with those who know her. She never left her husband Donnie's side through his 6 1/2 year battle with ALS. Debbie took the such great care of him, prepared all of his meals, got him the best home nurses, and made sure he was always comfortable. She says that his positive attitude and her home cooked meals allowed him to outlive the time the doctors gave him. Debbie has the best memories of being a wife to an Air Force veteran, and seeing the world with him. She continues to count their anniversaries and number 46 is coming up soon. Now, Debbie is serving our community as a school bus driver, and she truly loves it! She is a proud mother of 5 and enjoys being a grandma.
Ms. Faye is truly a women like no other. She is currently 86 years old and gives all the credit to God and eating her vegetables! She was born, raised, and is still a resident of Dawsonville. Faye was married to her husband Ron for 49 years before he lost his battle to lung cancer back in 2008. Faye and Ron never had children of their own, but they lived a full life together in their home. Ron was a man of many talents, often working in his wood shop, building the addition to her family home, or tinkering with his tractors. Faye has the best memories of them together. They loved going fishing down in Florida, gardening, and canning vegetables. Ms. Faye still lives in their home, and we look forward to helping her out with some projects.
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will help a child to become adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?

We are committed to doing everything we can to help our Both Hands families afford adoption. That’s why we don't take out any administrative fees from donations to our projects. If a donor chooses not to cover the credit card and processing fees, Both Hands will cover it to ensure 100% of the gift supports the cause.
