Kevin & Natalie O’Connor
We have adopted two boys, Quinn and Colton, who are biological brothers. They
are a year and a half apart and nearly inseparable best friends. Though a second
adoption so soon after our first was unexpected, we are thankful to have been
able to keep the boys together and give them the opportunity to grow up close to
their older biological siblings who live nearby.

Both boys have unique health needs, and between multiple hospitalizations, all kinds of diagnostic testing, and ongoing therapies several times a week, our family has spent roughly $28,000 in medical expenses in the last year. Due to this, we have $18,500 in adoption costs that we are still paying off.
Despite having a very rare genetic condition that has only about 600 known cases worldwide, Colton, as well as Quinn, remain bright rays of sunshine, radiating joy wherever they go. Thank you for your support of our family and for helping us meet our goal of paying off our remaining adoption expenses, so that we can continue to focus on meeting the ongoing medical needs of our boys, allowing them to thrive and reach their fullest potential!
Judy
Our service project will be benefiting Judy, who attends St. Andrew’s Chapel and is also an adoptive mother. Judy’s husband passed away a number of years ago and she has recently had hip surgery, so taking care of her home’s outside maintenance needs will be a timely blessing for her. We are looking forward to serving Judy through this project and excited to have a great team of friends and family helping us.
A Different Kind of Fundraiser
A team of volunteers is completing a service project of fixing up a widow's home. We are raising sponsorship for our day of service. The funds raised will benefit two children who have been adopted into a forever family. Will you sponsor us?

Your tax-deductible donation is to the 501(c)3 non-profit organization Both Hands Foundation (EIN 26-1879659). In following IRS guidelines, Both Hands’ governing board retains full discretion over the donation’s use, but intends to honor the donor’s suggestion. Those who leave it blank will receive a mailed tax receipt at year end, if the donation is $250 or more.
